CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

You are entitled to cancel your order before shipment is made. The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date you placed an order. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive a valid cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
