What is your return and cancellation policy?

We accept any cancellation to orders if an email notification is sent to shin@room2222.com within 3 days of placing an order. Due to shipping schedules, we cannot accept cancellations after 3 days of order placement. We do not accept returns. If you have a damaged or defective item, please contact shin@room2222.com and we will be happy to provide an appropriate resolution.
What delivery methods are available?
We consistently strive to provide the most economical shipping options possible. Carrier-selected rates are determined by factors such as size and destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number for your order 3 days after the order has been placed.
